20:30 - Qualifying

A belated welcome to you all from what has been a gloriously sunny Shakespeare County Raceway. We have managed a virtually uninterrupted day of qualifying with all classes getting two runs and then a session of open practice at the end of the day. We did have one incident when Pete Moore completed a qualifying run in his Outlaw Anglia only to find he had no brakes. He ran off the end of the track and came to a halt in the cow field. Pete was unhurt in the incident, but some of the firecrew that were first on the scene had to be hosed down afterwards as Pete really did finish up in the deep and smelly stuff!

Here are the top two qualifiers in each class.
